Kerrin is an experienced real estate agent based in Pensacola, Florida, with a strong background in education and a passion for helping clients make informed decisions. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Kerrin taught elementary school in Michigan, Arkansas, and Wisconsin before settling in Florida with her husband in 2000.
Shortly after arriving in Florida, Kerrin obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license and later acquired her Broker's license in 2005. Her dedication and commitment to her profession have consistently placed her within the top 10% of Realtors in the Pensacola Association.

With the support of her husband Joe, Kerrin goes beyond educating her clients; she empowers them to make decisions they won't regret.
Living in Northwest Florida, Kerrin and Joe embrace the laid-back lifestyle the region offers. They enjoy picnics on the beach at sunset, attending art & music events in the area, witnessing the awe-inspiring displays of the Blue Angels soaring above, and partaking in the numerous fun festivals throughout the year.
In addition to her real estate career, Kerrin is actively involved in her community through volunteering. She has dedicated her time and efforts to organizations such as Every Child a Reader in Escambia (ECARE), Habitat for Humanity, and KlaasKids Search & Rescue. Kerrin and Joe contributed as active volunteers with the K9 team, helping to locate lost and missing individuals.
Kerrin and Joe have been happily married for 30 years in 2023 and have made their home in the charming Gulf Breeze and Cantonment areas of NW Florida.
